Note: Use this method to track the activity of individuals that do not have an IMG SRVR account.
- On the homepage, select the folder you would like to track.
- Under the folder title, select the “Share” icon (
). - Select the “Marked Links” button.
- Paste all the emails that you would like the track.
- Unique links for each email will populate.
- Using your personal email account, send these links to the emails they correspond with.
- To view their activity, select the “Share” icon ( ).
- Select the button titled “Clicks.”
- View activity as needed.
